Apple Standard EULA
SeamText is provided by IO Patina LLC. Versions distributed through the Apple App Store use Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). This page explains product access and billing; it does not replace the Standard EULA or create a separate custom EULA.
Free install and the 14-day trial
SeamText is designed for free installation with a 14-day full-feature product trial. Review the in-app disclosure and choose to start the trial. The trial does not subscribe you or charge you automatically.
After the trial, editing, Word and HTML export, and Copy as Rich Text require a paid editing entitlement. Reading, search, outline, PDF export, and printing remain available in the free reader.
Monthly and Annual subscriptions
Monthly and Annual are auto-renewable subscriptions for the editing entitlement. Apple charges the price displayed at purchase and renews the subscription unless you cancel it through Apple. Review the renewal date and cancellation options in your Apple subscription settings.
Cancellation stops future renewals. Access continues for the remaining paid period as shown by Apple. Deleting SeamText does not cancel your subscription.
One-time purchase (Direct)
The Direct one-time purchase is $14.99 for SeamText 1.x for one person, including eligible updates released during the first 24 months after purchase. After the update period ends, you may continue using the last version you were eligible to receive. Future major versions are not automatically included.
The Mac App Store version does not offer a one-time purchase.
Prices, billing, and cancellation
Apple displays your local price before purchase and handles payment, purchase history, refunds, and subscription cancellation under the applicable App Store terms. Any US prices on this website are reference prices, not currency conversions or a checkout offer.
The intended purchase model is Universal Purchase across supported Apple platforms as their versions become available. A planned platform is not yet available. See the SeamText page for the current release status.
